Over the summer, Cox's legal team approached the HCD team for assistance in streamlining their toolkit and prioritizing their goals for the upcoming fiscal year through two focused design thinking workshops.

In the workshop pictured above, members from each department of the legal team collaborated on identifying Roses, Buds, and Thorns for four key aspects of their legal processes while evaluating the tools used for each. By the end of the workshop, the legal team walked away with a clear action plan and a refined set of priorities.
